Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. Orders for US destinations should be shipped to you within 3-8 business days after processing, and Orders for Canadian destinations should be shipped to you within 5-10 business days after processing.
All orders are shipped via major couriers that include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express. We may use other reputable shipping couriers as well.
At the moment, we offer online shipping to customers in the USA and CANADA ONLY.
You will receive a notification with tracking details sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Canadian and International Orders
For Canadian and international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Savoir Faire Organics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
In situations where you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, we do not accept returns, but can provide store credit or refund in certain situations ONLY, up to 14 days after the date of purchase.
- The Product is Defective; OR
- You Received the Wrong product; AND
- The Product is in it's original packaging
Please email us at returns@sforganics.ca to initiate this process from the email address used to make your purchase, along with a picture of the damaged, unused product in it's original packaging. We will also require a picture of the shipping label and you will need to send us the order number. You will receive a response within 3-5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE that unless its an extenuating situation, we will not issue store credits or refunds for products purchased from the following categories:
- All Food & Snacks (incl. pantry items, beverages, candy)
- Nutritional Drinks
- Perishable goods
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Clearance Items
- Any personal hygiene products
- Flammable or hazardous materials
- Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
- Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
